Write a letter to yourself in the present tense, dated December 31 of this year, describing everything you achieved throughout the year. Do not edit yourself by saying, “This is stupid. It won’t work. It’s not realistic.” Give yourself permission to want what you want. In the letter, describe what it feels like now that you have achieved what you want. Describing your feelings of receiving what you want is key to this exercise.

- Increased curiosity and contentment
- Surprise yourself with the ideas that come to mind
It’s OK to want what you want. Write it down and see how the Universe rushes in to support you.
